Our team
Matthew Selfe
I joined Affinity Fuels in 2020 bringing with me 12 years of management and customer service expertise. I was very keen to share my experience with the Affinity Fuels team to deliver best in class customer service for our Affinity Members.
Helen Thurtle
I joined AF in early 2021 bringing 22 years of experience working in both upstream and downstream sectors of the fuel industry in both domestic and commercial sectors. My procurement and account management experience allows me to ensure our members receive not just competitive pricing but also the best possible service all round.
Hannah Brooks
I started working for Affinity Fuels in 2021 after working in customer service-based roles for over 12 years. I enjoy using my previous customer service skills and my newfound knowledge of fuel to aid members from all over the country with their domestic heating oil needs, but also dipping my toes into the farming industry.
Amanda Warman
I started my career at AF in 2012, having experienced a variety of roles within The AF Group in this time, I love being able to bring all my knowledge to the Affinity team and getting to know our customers and retain those strong relationships.
Dani Groom
I joined Affinity in 2023 with over 20 years of experience helping customers better understand products and/or services. I’m passionate about listening and understanding which enables me to intervene, communicate and respond appropriately to the needs and requests of our members.
Jamie Darby
I have worked for the AF Fuel department since 2019. With a background in sales, customer services and compliance, working for many companies across Norfolk, from Mobile Phones Distributers to Fork Lift Manufacturers.
Fay Hallett
I joined the AF Fuels team in 2021. I have thoroughly enjoyed learning a new set of skills and knowledge around an industry I share genuine interest and passion in. Making sure our customers receive their deliveries on time at a great price is what really excites me.
Hannah Peregrine
Prior to AF, I have worked in the oil business for 13 years, gaining a wealth of experience in the industry. I’m passionate about what I do and pride myself in problem solving: through wars, snowstorms & lockdowns. The future of oil is changing and I’m looking forward to offering and procuring more environmentally friendly products.
